Homesinmalta.com was created way back in 2003 primarily as an agency promoting Maltese property for sale to purchasers coming from the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, wanting to settle in Malta.

This website has now been converted into a property portal for private owners, landlords and property managers wanting to sell or rent their properties directly to purchasers.

There is also a section for property agents to promote and sell or rent property entrusted to them by private owners.

The two sections are distinct and separate so that buyers and renters know if they are dealing directly with a property owner (where no fees or commission are involved or through an Agent (where fees or commissions are involved)

The main advantages of this portal over other popular social media sites are:-
