Once you have purchased your property in Malta, our services do not end there. We are also able to offer you the following:

Property Management

For a small annual fee, we are happy to provide:

- A regular property inspection with a report sent to your overseas address
- The payment of utility bills
- The forwarding of mail
- The organising of any relevant repairs, maintenance or cleaning

Lettings Service

We offer a reasonably priced, comprehensive lettings service that enables your property to be rented under a long let or holiday licence basis.

A letting licence is required from the Malta Tourism Authority. These are generally granted providing the property is a villa or house of character with swimming pool or a first class quality flat.

We specialise in the rental of all types of property in Malta & Gozo to both local & overseas clients. Whether you are searching for an apartment, luxury villa, house of character or terraced home, we are sure that we will have something that fits your requirement.

Rental rates generally include all furniture, fittings, appliances & linen as standard. Water, electricity & phone expenses are included in the rental if on a short let basis (less than 6 months). In the case of a long let (6 months or more), these expenses are borne by the lessee. A deposit is generally required against breakages or damage to the property.

Building & Furnishing Services

It is often daunting trying to find a trustworthy & reliable builder or supplier of furniture in a different country, together with being sure that you are being charged a reasonable price. At Homes in Malta we have had personal experience of this & therefore we offer advice & help on building works & the furnishing of your new property.

- We will introduce you to reliable suppliers of goods & services, ensuring that you feel comfortable with who you are dealing with
- We will accompany you to suppliers until an order is secured
- You will benefit from prior negotiated discounts with all relevant suppliers

Insurance Services
